RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At MSquare, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. Each order is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, or need a different clothing size, please contact us according to the conditions below.
EXCHANGE PERIOD
Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.
To request an exchange, contact MSquare within this period and provide:

Your order number

Customer name and phone number

Name of the product
-
Reason for the exchange
-
Clear photographs or a short video if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect
Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
An item will be eligible for exchange only when:

It is unused, unworn and unwashed.
-
It has not been altered, stitched, damaged or repaired.
-
All original tags, labels and protective packaging are intact.
-
It is returned with the original invoice or order confirmation.
-
It is in a resalable condition.
-
The exchange request is approved by the MSquare customer-care team.
MSquare reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the returned product does not meet these conditions.
CLOTHING SIZE EXCHANGES
Clothing may be exchanged for another available size within 7 days of delivery.
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, the customer may select another eligible product of equal value or receive MSquare store credit.
When exchanging for a higher-priced product, the customer must pay the price difference. Any remaining balance from a lower-priced replacement will be issued as store credit and will not be paid in cash.
Customers are advised to review the product’s size guide carefully before placing an order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact MSquare within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photographs or a video showing:

The product received
-
The damaged or defective area
-
The product tags
-
The parcel packaging and shipping label
After verification, MSquare will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional delivery cost.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, incorrect washing, mishandling or failure to follow care instructions will not be treated as manufacturing defects.
JEWELLERY
For hygiene and quality-control reasons, rings, earrings, necklaces, chains and other jewellery items cannot be returned or exchanged because of personal preference, change of mind or suitability.
Jewellery will only be eligible for replacement if:

The wrong item was delivered.

The item arrived damaged or defective.
-
The issue was reported within 48 hours of delivery.
-
The item remains unused and in its original packaging.
Minor differences in colour, texture, finish or stone placement may occur between handmade or individually finished pieces and are not necessarily considered defects.
HANDMADE BAGS AND ACCESSORIES
Handmade bags and eligible accessories may be exchanged within 7 days, provided they are unused and returned with all original packaging, tags and accessories.
Because handmade items are individually prepared, slight variations in stitching, texture, pattern placement or finishing may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade character of the product and will not normally qualify as defects.
SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Sale, clearance, promotional and discounted products are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
They will only be replaced if MSquare delivers an incorrect, damaged or defective product and the issue is reported within 48 hours.
NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
An exchange will not be accepted for:

Used, worn, washed or altered products

Products without original tags or packaging
-
Products damaged after delivery
-
Jewellery exchanged because of personal preference

Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive items
-
Sale, clearance or promotional items
-
Customized or specially made products
-
Products returned after the exchange period
-
Orders purchased from an unauthorized seller
-
Products damaged because of incorrect washing, storage or handling
COLOUR AND PRODUCT VARIATIONS
We make every reasonable effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, the actual colour may vary slightly because of:

Mobile, computer or tablet screen settings
-
Photography lighting
-
Fabric dye variations
-
Product finishing
-
Handmade production differences
Minor colour or texture differences will not normally be considered defects.
EXCHANGE DELIVERY CHARGES
For an exchange requested because of size, personal preference or change of selection, the customer will be responsible for:

Sending the product back to MSquare
-
Delivery charges for sending the replacement product
If MSquare delivered an incorrect, damaged or defective product, MSquare will cover the reasonable return and replacement delivery charges after verifying the claim.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
MSquare primarily offers exchanges rather than returns or cash refunds.
A refund may only be approved when:

The customer received an incorrect, damaged or defective product.

The issue was reported within the required period.
-
A suitable replacement is unavailable.
-
The returned item passes MSquare’s quality inspection.
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible. Cash-on-delivery refunds may be processed through a verified bank account, Easypaisa or JazzCash account provided by the customer.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged or defective because of an error by MSquare.
Approved refunds may require approximately 7–10 working days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
ORDER CANCELLATION
An order may be cancelled before it has been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the Returns and Exchanges Policy will apply.
MSquare may cancel an order because of:

Product unavailability

Incorrect pricing or product information
-
Payment verification issues
-
An incomplete or incorrect delivery address
-
Failure to confirm a cash-on-delivery order
-
A product failing our quality inspection before dispatch
Any payment received for an order cancelled by MSquare will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

Our team will review your request and provide the return instructions. Do not send an item to MSquare without receiving approval and return instructions.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Submitting an exchange or return request does not automatically guarantee approval. All requests are subject to verification and inspection.
MSquare reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the eligibility of any return, exchange, replacement, store credit or refund.
