Your usual size in another brand may not match an MSquare size.

7. JEWELLERY AND HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Jewellery should be kept away from water, perfume, lotions, chemicals, sweat and excessive moisture unless the product description specifically states otherwise.
Changes caused by normal wear, exposure to chemicals, improper storage or failure to follow care guidance are not manufacturing defects.
Handmade products may contain natural variations. These variations are part of the individual character of the product and do not normally qualify as defects.
Jewellery and hygiene-sensitive products may be subject to additional return restrictions under the Return and Refund Policy.
8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it. A product may become unavailable before checkout or order processing is completed.

10. PRICING AND INFORMATION ERRORS

13. ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
An order confirmation, automated email, SMS or WhatsApp message only confirms that we received your order. It does not always mean the order has been finally accepted.
An order is generally accepted after:

The cash-on-delivery order has been confirmed, where applicable;

Product availability has been checked;

The product passes quality inspection; and

The order is approved for processing or dispatch.
MSquare may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where there is a valid operational, payment, stock, pricing, fraud-prevention or legal reason.

16. ORDER CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
You may request cancellation before the order is processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled. You may need to receive the order and follow the applicable return procedure.
A cancellation request is not complete until confirmed by MSquare.
Customized, specially prepared or advance-payment orders may be non-cancellable after work has started.
17. ORDER CANCELLATION BY MSQUARE
MSquare may cancel an order because of:

We may delay, refuse or cancel a transaction if fraud, unauthorized use or payment irregularity is suspected.

21. CASH-ON-DELIVERY ORDERS
Cash-on-delivery customers must pay the amount due when the parcel is delivered.
